BEML Executives Recruitment: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfil all eligibility conditions as on 14-05-2026. First Class Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline with prescribed Post Qualification Experience (PQE) is Mandatory.

- DGM (Grade VII): 16 years, PQE, Upper Age 45/48/50 years (as applicable)
- AGM (Grade VI): 13 years PQE, Upper Age 45/47 years
- Assistant Manager (Grade III): 4 years PQE, Upper Age 30 years
- Manager (Grade IV): 8 years PQE, Upper Age 34 years.
Educational Qualification
First Class full-time Engineering Degree in a relevant discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, etc.). PG desirable for some posts.
