The main Objective of the Gargi Puraskar Scheme to many girls in Rajasthan fall behind in their studies due to coming from poor families, and discrimination against girls is also a major problem. To address this issue and to encourage girls education, the Rajasthan government has launched the Gargi Puraskar Scheme. Its main purpose is to promote girl’s education and make them self-reliant.
