The objective of the scheme is to enable students from low income families to access digital learning tools. These scheme will provide Rs. 25000 to the eligible candidates to buy a laptop and the amount will be deposited directly into their bank account.

Eligibility Criteria of Laptop Yojana
Applications must be submitted by the applicants who meet the eligibility requirements specified in the following section in order to register for the Laptop Yojana.
- Must be reside in the state where the program is active.
- Applicants are required to achieve a good marks in both 10th & 12th Board exam.
- Candidates required age should be at least 18 years.

How to apply for Laptop Yojana
- First, check if your name appears on the government’s merit list or not. The list is available on the official website of departments or on the school notice board.
- If your name appears on the merit list, then visit the official website of the respective state.
- Here, you need to registered on the portal with using your active mobile number & email address.
- When the registration has been done successfully, you will receive a OTP on your registered number.
- Put your Registration ID & Password on the login page.
- Enter all the required details on the application form carefully.
- Upload the necessary documents (e.g Aadhar card, mark sheet, residence proof, income certificate & more.)
- Submit the form & Save the acknowledgement number for future reference.
