Aadhaar card. Election ID. A government-recognised high school completion certificate is also required. Certificate of birth. The applicant must certify that she is unmarried, i.e., that she has never been wed. A self-attested duplicate of the front page of the bank chequebook, where the account holder’s name, IFSC code, account number, bank address, and MICR number should be displayed, should be used to provide the beneficiary’s bank account information.
Photocopies of the groom’s birth certificate, Aadhaar card, voter ID details, PAN card details, and Madhyamik admit cards can be used as proof of age. A passport-sized photograph of the girl and her groom is also required.
